A nightmare, slow, rude (especially in offices), incompetent: by their mistake the customer must take a work permit / day off .... Worst bank institution that I know of

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché non posso dare di meno. Oggi mi sono scontrata con la vs banca online - non so perché la mia utenza è stata bloccata. Non ho mai visto un sistema più ostile - telefonicamente rimandate sul sito per compilare un modulo che NON ESISTE! Quandoqualche mese fa sono andata in filiale posso dire che i dipendenti di filiale di Carugate sono veramente dei classici impiegati statali: lenti, maleducati, disinteressati ... Uno sta in mezzo alla "reception": non si capisce il perché in quanto alla mia domanda non ha saputo ne indirizzarmi correttamente nè darmi alcun'informazione. Terzo ( o quarto) gabbiotto a destra: un impiegato con atteggiamenti simili non avevo mai visto. Sconcertante. L'unica soluzione è la fuga da questa banca!
I give a star because I can't give less. Today I ran into your online bank - I don't know why my account was blocked. I have never seen a more hostile system - by telephone sent back to the site to fill out a form that DOES NOT EXIST! When a few months ago I went to the branch, I can say that the Carugate branch employees are truly classic state employees: slow, rude, disinterested ... One is in the middle of the "reception": it is not clear why as for my question he was unable to address me correctly or give me any information. Third (or fourth) cubicle on the right: an employee with similar attitudes I had never seen. Baffling. The only solution is to escape from this bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché meno non è possibile, credo sia l’istituto peggiore di sempre, in 25 anni non mi sono mai trovato peggio, assistenza inesistente, fidelizzazione del cliente nulla, tassi di interesse alle stelle. Personale scocciato alle richieste, guardano il cliente com sufficienza, forse dovreste far fare dei corsi comportamentali ai vs dipendenti.Voto zero
A star because less is not possible, I think it is the worst institution ever, in 25 years I have never found myself worse, assistance non-existent, customer loyalty zero, interest rates skyrocketing. Staff annoyed at requests, look at the customer sufficiently, perhaps you should have your employees take behavioral courses.
