★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato c/o Coop i pezzetti/ritagli di stocco per Natale, fatti per l'occasione sia fritti che con passata di pomodoro ed olive, purtroppo non hanno incontrato il mio gusto, sia perché mi sembravano per la maggior parte più pezzi di scarto che ritagli di stocco per come me li sarei aspettati con più pesce e meno lische. Deluso, considerando anche il prezzo al kg della confezione, piuttosto alto. Allo stesso prezzo ho acquistato in altre circostanze baccalà sotto sale di prima qualità. Peccato.

I bought c / o Coop the pieces / cuttings of stocco for Christmas, made for the occasion both fried and with tomato sauce and olives, unfortunately they did not meet my taste, both because they seemed to me for the most part more waste pieces what rapier cuttings as I would have expected them with more fish and fewer bones. Disappointed, also considering the price per kg of the package, rather high. At the same price I bought top quality salted cod in other circumstances. Sin.
