Comprendo che le tariffe che un'agenzia immobiliare può percepire per la vendita di un appartamento siano ben differenti di quelle che percepiscono per la locazione di un immobile, e credo che comunque il lavoro svolto dovrebbe essere sempre ad alto livello. Nel caso specifico, ho fatto una proposta scritta per la locazione di un immobile, dopo aver incontrato anche il proprietario, ed aver accettato senza modifiche tutte le richieste dell'agenzia e del proprietario dell'appartamento sono stato contattato per la disdetta dicendo che la proprietà ha deciso di non affittare più l'immobile. Eppure dall'agenzia stessa il proprietario mi era stato presentato come persona affidabile e seria. Inoltre a seguire non ho più ricevuto contatti, evidentemente non seguono bene il settore degli affitti che non è di loro interesse. Serietà e professionalità qui cadono molto di livello a mio parere. I turned to this Stimacasa agency to help me find a solution for a rented apartment. I understand that the rates that a real estate agency can receive for the sale of an apartment are very different from those they receive for the rental of a property, and I believe that in any case the work done should always be at a high level. In this specific case, I made a written proposal for the lease of a property, after having also met the owner, and having accepted without modification all the requests of the agency and the owner of the apartment, I was contacted for the cancellation saying that the property has decided not to rent the property anymore. Yet by the agency itself the owner had been introduced to me as a reliable and serious person. In addition, I have not received any contacts since, evidently they do not follow the rental sector very well, which is not of interest to them. Reliability and professionalism here fall a lot in my opinion.
