Il ragazzo che consegna fisicamente le macchinette è di una gentilezza unica, mentre quello che approvvigiona settimanalmente il distributore è una persona eccezionale. Educato e gentile SEMPRE! (una risorsa per l'azienda) Settimana fa mi chiama il loro agente, anche lui sempre disponibile e gentile dicendomi che il distributore fa poche battute e quindi lo ritiravano. Senza nemmeno darmi il tempo di trovare un'alternativa oggi il distributore è stato svuotato, lasciando tutti gli utenti senza acqua, powerade etc in piena estate. Attenzione oggi è il 20 luglio e ci credo che il distributore ha fatto poche battute, siamo stati 3 mesi chiusi causa covid 19. Inoltre al momento della stipula del contratto nessuno ha mai menzionato che ci fosse un minimo di battute. Ad ogni modo il lavoro instancabile dei dipendenti di questa ditta è alquanto inutile, poichè non sanno trattare i clienti, bastava una chiamata prima di prendere la decisione e si trovava una soluzione, invece quasi quasi ci facevano un favore We are a gym in Giarre, for a year we had the distributor of the ESTIMATE. Alla fine non è riuscito ad attarsi neanche con l'orario per un appuntamento. SCARTATI subito. Poca professionalità. si vede che non hanno bisognpo di lavorare,ci sono altre imprese molto più serie in giro. ATTENTI. C	Cristina Lotronto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per necessità ho dovuto usufruire del distributore automatico ubicato all'esterno dell'aeroporto di Catania, necessitavo avere una bottiglietta d'acqua, ho pertanto inserito € 1,50 come richiesto, ma il distributore si è bloccato e non ha erogato alcun prodotto, successivamente un altro passante ha richiesto un ulteriore prodotto, inserendo le monete richieste, ma anche qui il distributore ha fatto cilecca. Ho immediatamente chiamato il numero di assistenza, mi hanno risposto che non potevano aiutarmi poichè il ragazzo non era in zona, mi hanno persino dato la colpa che non avrei dovuto utilizzare il distributore poichè era fuori servizio.....come dicono loro il FUORI SERVIZIO non stava scritto da nessuna parte. Semplicemente VERGOGNATEVI!!
