Il forno anno chiamato un tecnico che me la sistemato! Poi sono usciti 3 volte x regolare sportelli e pianali ma sempre peggio! Mi anno creato solo danno, ho mandato le foto anche alle stosa, il quale a visto il pessimo lavoro fatto e a detta sua gli anni fatto un richiamo! e alle fine il signor Letizia mi ha risposto Che visto che ho contattato L aziende lui non ha intenzione di far più nulla! 5000 euro buttati via! Nella fase di progettazione siamo stati seguiti con molta attenzione e dedizione, senza tralasciare alcun dettaglio né tecnico/funzionale né estetico. Gli operai che hanno consegnato e montato la cucina sono stati puntualissimi e molto delicati. Li consiglio vivamente per la puntualità e precisione oltre che per la qualità dei loro prodotti. Hanno creato per noi cucina, camera da letto e soggiorno dando un'anima alla nostra casa che rispecchiasse me e mio marito e non le mode del momento o il profitto economico. Grafica e progettazione professionale grazie alla sincera e splendida Gabriella che è riuscita a prevedere tutto anche i millimetri; Montaggio e trasporto, puntuale, ordinato e pulito grazie a Marco e al signor Salvatore; Visite in showroom sempre allegre grazie alla dolce Tiziana; Tutto sapientemente guidato dal titolare Alessio che non ci ha lasciati mai soli ed ha saputo creare sempre il clima giusto sia in negozio che durante i vari step che abbiamo affrontato. Specifico "sincero" perché è difficile dire a un cliente che "probabilmente un accoppiamento di mobili risulta poco funzionale", eppure... quando si è "ben formati professionalmente" si riesce a guidare i clienti verso la giusta strada. Abbiamo arredato cucina e soggiorno "quasi a distanza", dopo la prima visita in loco (nella quale abbiamo testato l'alta qualità dei prodotti offerti e aver visto quale sarebbe stato il look finale degli ambienti) siamo stati informati passo dopo passo circa l'arrivo del materiale e la relativa installazione. Precisione assoluta sia nell'assistenza al cliente da parte del venditore che nell'installazione da parte dei montatori. Consigliatissimo. A five-star furniture store.
