Attenta alle esigenze di ogni cliente e soprattutto rispettosa della salute del capello che viene prima di qualsiasi taglio o colore o trattamento specifico. Esperta nei consigli suggerimenti per i tagli e le nuances che più si addatano alle sue clienti. La consiglio vivamente perché non si può, che essere soddisfatti per poter gestire poi un suo taglio o colore o trattamento.. Very honest and helpful person. n	naty carducci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato questa parrucchiera tre volte e devo dire che purtroppo non è stata brava a soddisfare le mie esigenze. La prima cosa che vorrei sottolineare è la mancanza di trasparenza sui colori utilizzati senza neanche rispondere alla cliente che colore e di che marca metteva sui capelli. Visto i prezzi abbastanza alti per la qualità dei colori proposti credo che sia giusto accordare prima con la cliente, sopratutto quando quell'ultima si interessa sulla marca e qualità del prodotto. Per quanto riguarda la tecnica del colore la ritengo non molto all'avanguardia con le strisce poco allineate ( meches) che macchiano il colore e inoltre parlo del mio caso, manca la capacità di ascolto dei desideri ed esigenze dei clienti. Per il taglio tende di sfillare troppo ( non è adatto assolutamente per tutti i tipi di capelli) senza accordare tale intervento con la cliente. Il prezzo è alto per il servizio che ho ricevuto e che ho dovuto pure sostenere altre spese da un altro parrucchiere per correggere gli sbagli del suo operato. Guardi, in tanti anni della mia esperienza nella colorazione dei capelli ho imparato di capire le differenze tra la qualità dei colori e le tecniche utilizzate come lei descrive. Non ho assolutamente preteso di cambiare il colore in due mesi come ben sa e poi quel tipo di commento sul colore che facevo prima e dopo la mia gravidanza ritengo assolutamente per niente professionale e opportuno anzi direi molto provinciale.So benissimo le differenze tra shatush, meches, belayage, skyline, hair lightning ecc e proprio per quello riesco a capire ciò che é stato fatto a me che non corrisponde a nessuna delle tecniche. Probabilmente ha il suo knowhow che io purtroppo ed altri esperti ai quali mi sono dovuta rivolgere per correggere il suo lavoro non sono riusciti a comprenderlo... le quarto volte che sono stata nel suo negozio non ho mai visto i prezzi esposti, senza neanche capire che tipo di colore e marca del colore stava utilizzando!!! Mi sono trovata benissimo e mi ha fatto un colore stupendo, mi ha soddisfatto in tutte le richieste, posso dire che ho trovato finalmente una parrucchiera come poche e anche trovata per caso passeggiando nelle vie di colombare ed entrata per caso per la prima volta ! Vi consiglio di andarci perché è davvero meritato e la titolare è simpaticissima ed è sempre disponibile e cosa importante vi mette a vostro agio consigliandovi per tutto sopratutto novità del momento e tendenze giovanili e vi coccolerà con i suoi prodotti che valgono davvero tanto! Ultima cosa posso dire che ci ritornerò; meno male che esistono ancora parrucchieri così bravi e che ti trasformano i capelli !
