★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa..ho acquistato le bomboniere per la comunione scegliendo dalle immagini che ci siamo più volte scambiate via WhatsApp..il giorno dopo della comunione apro una bomboniera e ti trovo un un'altro modello..chiedendo giustificazione dell' accaduto la risposta è stata che lei non ha colpa perché quello richiesto da noi era fuori produzione e quindi senza avvertire ha ordinato altro e ha scelto lei per noi..
Negative experience .. I bought the favors for communion choosing from the images that we have exchanged several times via WhatsApp .. the day after the communion I open a favor and I find you another model .. asking for justification of what happened, the answer is been that she is not at fault because the one requested by us was out of production and therefore without warning she ordered more and chose her for us ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, io e mio marito abbiamo chiesto il prezzo al chilo dei confetti argentati (€22),d'accordo con una commessa o titolare, li abbiamo ordinati. Oggi siamo andati a ritirarli e ci è stato detto che sono stati ordinati i Crispo e che costano €30 al chilo.... quindi serietà zero secondo me. Per correttezza prima di ordinare un'altra cosa dovevano avvisare. Vengo anche sbeffeggiata, probabilmente bonariamente ma io non l'ho presa così, perché faccio bomboniere e sacchettini da sola....
Allora cara signora titolare o commessa che sia....in primis non tutti possono permettersi di pagare le cose già fatte...e se poi a me piace fare da me?
Hello, my husband and I asked for the price per kilo of silver confetti (€ 22), in agreement with a saleswoman or owner, we ordered them. Today we went to collect them and we were told that Crispos have been ordered and that they cost € 30 per kilo .... so zero seriousness in my opinion. In order to be correct before ordering anything else they had to notify. I am also mocked, probably good-naturedly but I didn't take it like that, because I make wedding favors and bags by myself ....
So dear lady owner or saleswoman .... first of all not everyone can afford to pay for things already done ... and what if I like to do it myself?
