★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna!!! Per la seconda volta arrivo alle 11.30 per fare l'autorizzazione alla richiesta per gli assegni familiari e mi dicono di tornare perché troppo tardi e chiudono alle 12.00!!! Vergogna assoluta!! Io lavoro e devo prendere una giornata intera di permesso per fare una carta che richiede 15 minuti??? E poi in tutti gli uffici alle 12.00 non fanno piu entrare il pubblico, ma chi è entrato fino alle 11.59 va soddisfatto!!! Vergogna vergogna e ancora vergogna!!!! Schifo
Shame!!! For the second time I arrive at 11.30 to authorize the request for family allowances and they tell me to come back because it is too late and they close at 12.00 !!! Absolute shame !! I work and I have to take a full day off to make a card which takes 15 minutes ??? And then in all the offices at 12.00 they no longer let the public enter, but those who entered until 11.59 should be satisfied !!! Shame, shame and still shame !!!! Crap
