★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio di assistenza in meno di 4 ore li ho chiamati ed hanno risolto il problema che avevo sul mio carrello. La spesa dell'intervento inoltre è stata contenuta. Hanno anche molti tipi diversi di mezzi a noleggio. Il migliore tra quelli con cui ho avuto a che fare. CONSIGLIATO!
Excellent support service in less than 4 hours I called them and they solved the problem I had on my cart. The cost of the intervention was also contained. They also have many different types of rental vehicles. The best of those I've dealt with. RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto un preventivo per un noleggio, ci hanno risposto poi positivamente dicendo che avevano disponibilità del mezzo nei giorni richiesti. Purtroppo non abbiamo più ricevuto il contratto da firmare nonostante le nostre insistenze adducendo motivazioni vane da parte dell'amministrazione. Ci hanno messo così in grande difficoltà dato che ci troviamo a 400 km da Padova. Abbiamo proposto anche il pagamento anticipato. Reputiamo il comportamento molto poco professionale soprattutto da un'azienda così grande e strutturata.
We requested a quote for a rental, they then responded positively by saying that they had availability of the vehicle on the days requested. Unfortunately we have no longer received the contract to sign despite our insistence, citing vain reasons from the administration. They have put us so in great difficulty as we are 400 km from Padua. We also proposed advance payment. We consider very unprofessional behavior especially from such a large and structured company.
