Taglio orribile, nemmeno fatto con le forbici e solo alla fine mi viene detto che era possibile usarle. Insomma...mai piu', grazie! I'm really sorry to give a star but to charge for the special shampoo, conditioner and drops of light as a finish, without even warning me it really seems like a lack of respect also because in the end it was like paying for a blow-dry ... or almost! Peccato che ti facciano pagare anche l'aria che respiri: una sola lavata del cuoi cappelluto e tutto considerato extra; alla fine non spruzzano nemmeno la lacca perchè immagino considerino anche quello un trattamento aggiuntivo.. Pure la pulizia lascia desiderare: il phon col diffusore veniva appoggiato sul pavimento nei momenti in cui non si utilizza e la stessa persona che riscuote i soldi mette poi le mani nella testa dei clienti. infine, una volta pagato, chiedo se ci siano delle promozioni per ritornare e mi rispondono che vengono fatte solo agli uomini.. il modo migliore per attirare nuovi clienti! The prices displayed are misleading! When you take a seat there are extras to pay ...... they should not complain if they suffer competition from China and foreign hairdressers in general!

Acconciatura durata nemmeno mezz’ora e oltretutto avevo ancora metà testa umida. Assolutamente bocciato! I do not recommend it, color that fades after a few days. I went out with hair of one color and others of another. Hairstyle did not last half an hour and, moreover, I still had half my head wet. Absolutely rejected!
