★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo che il limite dell'inefficienza fosse stato raggiunto con Alitalia, ma vedo che questa STEP batte tutti.... ho fatto un ordine di materiale ad inizio novembre, il sito di riferimento mi dice che il materiale é stato spedito l'8 gennaio, ma ad oggi 15 nessuna notizia. Seguo le istruzioni per verificare la spedizione ma BRT la da inesistente. Non c'è modo di scrivere, chattare, trovo un numero dove un'impiegata seccata mi dice di chiamare un call center. Mi attacco al telefono, ma dopo un'ora non ottengo risposta, solo la musichetta che va... insomma soldi persi e materiale che non c'è, se vedete servizi offerti da STEP RINUNCIATE !!!
I thought that the limit of inefficiency had been reached with Alitalia, but I see that this STEP beats everyone .... I placed an order for material at the beginning of November, the reference site tells me that the material was sent on January 8th , but to date 15 no news. I follow the instructions to verify the shipment but BRT gives it non-existent. There is no way to write, chat, I find a number where an annoyed employee tells me to call a call center. I attack the phone, but after an hour I do not get an answer, only the music that goes ... in short, lost money and material that is not there, if you see services offered by STEP RENOUNCE !!!
