★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendono ottime macchine da giardino a prezzi imbattibili, ho già acquistato diversi attrezzi per mio padre, dal tagliaerba al decespugliatore ...ne è rimasto molto soddisfatto. Da sottolineare anche la cortesia e professionalità del personale se hai dei dubbi e il servizio assistenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho acquistato un tagliaerba tramite Amazzon visto che hanno lo shop anche lì, ho aspettato il tagliaerba che e arrivato con il pacco distrutto ed il tagliaerba che non funzionava o meglio funzionava ad intermittenza, subito ho inviato mail ad Amazzon ed ho chiamato il negozio al quale ho spiegato il problema, da subito i miei interlocutori sono stati poco disponibili e molto antipatici ho soprasseduto ed ho immediatamente fatto pratica di reso con
Mail contestuale nella quale chiedevo la restituzione del denaro già pagato. A distanza di 6 giorni senza che mi abbiano risposto, mi aspettavo un rimborso invece mi hanno riinviato il medesimo tagliaerba ricondizionato, a questo punto ho subito chiamato il venditore il quale ancora più indisponente mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe rimborsato nulla in quanto il prodotto era stato "usato" certo per provarlo devo utilizzarlo, comunque il problema lo risolverò voglio solo mettere a conoscenza della mia storia altri possibili acquirenti che secondo il mio parere e meglio scegliere azienda più serie lo sconsiglio vivamente.
