★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra davvero fantastica. Non sono mai stato un grande fan di sale pesi e palestre in generale ma da quando ho fatto la prima lezione gratuita di prova me ne sono innamorato. Il personale è dannatamente simpatico ma allo stesso tempo professionale e segue tutti dando suggerimenti e consigli su come affrontare i vari esercizi in base al proprio livello. Adatto a tutti!
 Really fantastic gym. I have never been a big fan of weight rooms and gyms in general but since I did the first free trial lesson I fell in love with it. The staff is damn nice but at the same time professional and follows everyone giving suggestions and advice on how to deal with the various exercises according to their level. Suitable for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classico box in zona industriale con buona possibilità di parcheggio. Specializzato nell' allenamento calistenico, a corpo libero. Buono l'allestimento del box con buona strumentazione per gli allenamenti. Alla reception personale cordiale e disponibile, ho fatto una lezione di prova, buona anche la preparazione dei coach. Discreto lo spogliatoio e le doccie.
Classic garage in an industrial area with good parking facilities. Specialized in calisthenics, bodyweight training. Good set-up of the box with good equipment for training. At the reception friendly and helpful staff, I took a trial lesson, the coaches' preparation was also good. The changing room and showers are discreet.

Adatta per chi vuole partire da zero, ma c'è anche un corso avanzato per le skill, oltre che masterclass di endurance, handstand e mobilità.
