★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra di piccole dimensioni, ma super attrezzata e pulita. Personale molto cortese e prezzo adeguato al servizio offerto. La consiglio perché a differenza delle grandi palestre si ha modo di trovare diversi orari in cui allenarsi senza trovare troppe persone e senza dover aspettare ore per poter utilizzare un attrezzo.
Small gym, but super equipped and clean. Very courteous staff and an adequate price for the service offered. I recommend it because unlike large gyms you have the opportunity to find different times to train without finding too many people and without having to wait hours to be able to use a tool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra fitness/bodybuilding con diverse sale per corsi e combattimenti. Sala pesi e spogliatoi al piano interrato. La sala è grande ed è fornita di quasi tutti i macchinari. Presenti anche tapis roulant e cyclette. La zona havy è stata da poco ampliata e rimodernata con pavimento gommato e fornita di bilancieri semi professionali, dischi bumpers, vogatori. Ambiente sempre ben arieggiato e pulito. Spogliatoi spaziosi, con sauna e numerose docce.
Fitness / bodybuilding gym with several rooms for courses and fights. Weight room and changing rooms in the basement. The room is large and is equipped with almost all machinery. Also present treadmills and exercise bikes. The havy area has recently been enlarged and modernized with a rubber floor and equipped with semi-professional barbells, discs bumpers, rowers. Environment always well ventilated and clean. Spacious changing rooms with sauna and numerous showers.
