Gentile e affabile, con lui mi sono trovata bene a ogni visita effettuata. Il problema viene da chi gestisce le prenotazioni. Sono anni che cerco di fare una visita di controllo, ma mi viene spostato l'appuntamento un giorno prima. E' successo due volte quattro anni fa. Non ho più fatto visite ginecologiche. Ieri, 6 aprile, avevo di nuovo prenotato per le 15,30, nello studio della Crocetta. Abito fuori Torino. Alle 15,00 ricevo una telefonata dalla segretaria che, a causa di un intervento urgente,a suo dire, mi annulla nuovamente l'appuntamento. Parlare con il dottore è impossibile, le chiamate vengono filtrate dalla stessa signora. Sono molto dispiaciuta e adirata per la. mancanza totale di rispetto. Vorrei sapere se il dottore è al corrente di questa situazione. Grazie a lei, cambierò ginecologo anche se a malincuore. Professionally, Dr. Stefani is excellent and helpful, she knows how to put the patient at ease. Kind and affable, I felt comfortable with him on every visit. The problem comes from who manages the reservations. For years I have been trying to make a check-up, but my appointment has been moved a day before. It happened twice four years ago. I no longer made gynecological visits. Yesterday, April 6, I had again booked for 15.30 in the Crocetta study. I live outside Turin. At 15.00 I receive a phone call from the secretary who, due to an urgent intervention, he says, cancels my appointment again. Talking to the doctor is impossible, the calls are filtered by the same lady. I am very sorry and angry about the. total disrespect. I would like to know if the doctor is aware of this situation. Thanks to her, I will change gynecologist even if reluctantly.

V	Valentina Castellan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come già spiegato anche da altre donne in altre recensioni qui sotto, gli appuntamenti vengono spostati all'ultimo momento, praticamente un'ora prima, e dovendosi organizzare con il lavoro ed i propri impegni personali diventa impossibile essere visitate. Le scuse addotte sono di urgenze improvvise, che se anche posso capire, non dovrebbero protrarsi per settimane ( mi e' stato spostato l'appuntamento per ben 4 volte ed ho perso 2 settimane di tempo). Il rispetto per il tempo altrui e l'organizzazione dei propri appuntamenti dovrebbero andare di pari passo e quando ci si rende conto di non riuscire piu' a seguire le visite dello studio sarebbe piu' onesto chiuderlo e dedicarsi a questo punto solo alle tante emergenze. Tra le altre cose la segretaria mente spudoratamente perché alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni ha detto che era un periodo molto pieno, ma evidentemente a giudicare dalle recensioni di altre donne, è un comportamento che viene reiterato da tempo. Mi sembra anche poco plausibile che il dottore non sappia nulla del comportamento di chi tiene l'agenda, ed anche se professionalmente almeno fino a qualche anno fa era un buon medico, ora purtroppo non mi è stata data la possibilità di valutare se sia ancora effettivamente così. Da evitare purtroppo, sicuramente si riuscirà a trovare chi tiene meglio l'agenda e rispetta maggiormente le sue pazienti. As already explained by other women in other reviews below, appointments are moved at the last moment, practically an hour before, and having to organize with work and personal commitments it becomes impossible to be visited. The excuses given are of sudden urgency, which even if I can understand, should not last for weeks (I was postponed the appointment for 4 times and I lost 2 weeks of time). Respect for the time of others and the organization of one's appointments should go hand in hand and when you realize that you are no longer able to follow the visits of the studio it would be more honest to close it and dedicate yourself at this point only to the many emergencies. Among other things, the secretary lies shamelessly because at my request for explanations she said it was a very busy period, but evidently judging by the reviews of other women, it is a behavior that has been repeated for some time. It also seems implausible to me that the doctor does not know anything about the behavior of those who keep the diary, and even if professionally at least until a few years ago he was a good doctor, now unfortunately I have not been given the opportunity to assess whether he is still actually like this. Unfortunately, to avoid, surely you will be able to find those who keep the agenda better and respect their patients the most.
