★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In panne sulla A4 a Padova, ove ero in transito con con il camper su Fiat ducato 2.8jtd, il carro attrezzi mi ha portato qui. Andrea il capo officina si è dato da fare per cercare di risolvere in giornata pur avendo carichi di lavoro in officina già schedulati e mentre cercavo il modo di risolvere o con loro o altrove ma in tempi rapidi. Andrea ha dovuto rimodulare diversi lavori in corso nell'officina e alla fine ci ha fatto fare l'intervento alla pompa gasolio ad alta pressione in sole 4 ore. Siamo ripartiti contenti non dovendo rimodulare i nostri programmi. Che dire se non bravi, professionali e un grande grazie.
Out of order on the A4 in Padua, where I was in transit with the camper on a Fiat ducato 2.8jtd, the tow truck brought me here. Andrea the workshop manager worked hard to try to solve in the day while having workloads in the workshop already scheduled and while I was looking for a way to solve either with them or elsewhere but quickly. Andrea had to remodel several works in progress in the workshop and in the end he made us perform the intervention on the high pressure diesel pump in just 4 hours. We left happy not having to remodel our plans. What about if not good, professional and a big thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne' sul sito ne' per telefono era stato segnalato che erano chiusi di sabato in agosto e quindi siamo dovuti tornare due volte da fuori Padova. Il costo orario di lavoro ci è sembrato esagerato rispetto a quanto ci chiede il nostro meccanico abitualmente. 350 euro di fattura per cambiare un pezzo che costa 23 euro
Neither on the website nor by telephone had it been reported that they were closed on Saturdays in August and therefore we had to return twice from outside Padua. The hourly cost of work seemed exaggerated compared to what our mechanic usually asks us. 350 euros of invoice to change a piece which costs 23 euros
