Du passage a San Remo, j’ai acheté un pull qui avait un petit défaut (je n’ai pas remarqué le défaut dans la boutique car après l’essayage, la conseillère m’avais sorti un pull « tout neuf » de sa reserve) le lendemain j’ai appelé la boutique, pour trouver une solution car j’allais à Vintimille dans l’après-midi (ils ont une deuxieme boutique a Vintimille), la conseillère m’a informé que je suis obligée a retourner a San Remo pour un echange et qu’ils ne remboursent pas. J’ai laissé tomber et d’ailleurs je rentrerai plus dans leur boutique.
Be careful if you buy during the sales period, because the shop does not refund! While in San Remo, I bought a sweater that had a small defect (I didn't notice the defect in the shop because after the fitting, the adviser took me a "brand new" sweater from her reserve ) the next day I called the shop, to find a solution because I was going to Ventimiglia in the afternoon (they have a second shop in Ventimiglia), the adviser informed me that I have to return to San Remo for an exchange and they do not refund. I gave up and besides I will never go back to their shop.

We took two sweaters in January a blue and a pink after a cold wash the pink has just become catastrophic I'm not convinced of the quality of this cashmere from Venice if Sanremo was nearby I will bring it back with its purchase ticket unfortunately alive 350 km of distance
