★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile, mai trovato un simile servizio di logistica: rispondono subito al telefono senza troppi giri automatici, chiedo di lasciare lì in giacenza un pacco che sarei andato a ritirarlo di persona, mi dicono subito ok. Arrivo, mi accolgono subito senza problemi, l'entrata al pubblico è persino intuitiva, fanno due battute simpatiche e mi dicono di entrare pure con l'auto in cortile per non farmi fare 10 metri a piedi. Sembra quasi un'azienda normale. (Questo perché le aziende di logistica, insieme a quelle di telefonia, tendenzialmente non sono normali)
 Incredible, never found such a logistics service: they answer the phone immediately without too many automatic laps, I ask to leave a package in stock that I would have gone to collect it in person, they immediately tell me ok. I arrive, they welcome me immediately without problems, the entrance to the public is even intuitive, they make two funny jokes and tell me to even enter the courtyard with the car so as not to make me walk 10 meters. It almost looks like a normal company. (This is because logistics companies, together with telephony companies, tend to be not normal)

In particolare dopo aver ordinato ad un mio fornitore della merce deperibile, carne nello specifico, e aver richiesto espressamente la consegna nel pomeriggio, non essendo in locale alla mattina, ho dovuto alla fine cancellare l'ordine perché la loro consegna sarebbe arrivata troppo tardi per le mie necessità. Alle mie ripetute telefonate per avere chiarimenti mi è stato risposto che loro servono principalmente la GDO e anche i privati, ma essendo la loro priorità i supermercati, consegnano solo alla mattina. Se la loro priorità è la GDO posso evitare di servire anche i privati. Ho saputo recentemente che il fornitore a cui mi ero rivolto da settembre cambia corriere....

Allora rimango tutto il giorno in casa ad aspettare ( magari uno aveva anche altre cose da fare) ma non si presenta nessuno. Provo a chiamare gli uffici ma zero risposte (non esagero, avrò provato a chiamare 15 volte). Non lo reputo un buon servizio, soprattutto poco professionale
They send you the email to inform you that the delivery will take place within the day. So I stay at home all day waiting (maybe one also had other things to do) but nobody shows up. I try to call the offices but zero answers (I am not exaggerating, I will have tried to call 15 times). I don't consider it a good service, especially unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ditta assolutamente non affidabile - completa mancanza di informazioni circa la consegna in essere - le poche informazioni avute dopo due giorni di attesa e ripetuti tentativi di contattarli telefonicamente (dalle ore 9 alle ore 14 del terzo giorno) sono state inesatte e date con impazienza e poca cortesia - merce appoggiata ad altro corriere di Como - loro sono di Torino - trovo molto illogico inviare a Como una spedizione destinata a Novara (praticamente di strada da Torino a Como) per poi farla tornare a Novara - come ultima chicca il pacco è stato consegnato ad una mia vicina di casa, pur essendo io in casa ad attendere la consegna, indicando come destinatario una terza persona che con me aveva solamente in comune in cognome - quindi si avvalgono di personale che non si prende nemmeno il disturbo di leggere il nome completo del destinatario (ammesso che sappia leggere) e di conseguenza tutto il vicinato viene messo al corrente di cosa ordino e a chi ordino
sono veramente spiacente per la ditta che mi ha fornito la merce in quanto incolpevole di tutto e inoltre li paga anche bene per un pessimo servizio e ci rimette in prestigio
anche nel periodo delle festività imminenti certi disservizi non si possono tollerare

even in the period of the upcoming holidays certain disservices cannot be tolerated
