 I would recommend you to hire a receptionist. ugly in 2021 to call a company that boasts of being a leader, and receive no response until after 15/30 minutes.

Inadeguati ai tempi, totalmente assente il servizio clienti.
Spedizioni di prodotti freschi non consegnate dopo 10 gg dall’emilia alla Romagna.
Meglio affidarsi a qualsiasi altra azienda, che sicuramente risulterà decisamente più seria e affidabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L autista si è rifiutato di venire giù per la mia via, a Bertinoro, paese in collina, dove normalmente riceviamo i camion che riforniscono il GPL e il pellet, e camion dai magazzini edili, dicendo che non voleva rischiare per questa strada. Ho dovuto quindi lasciare il lavoro e andargli incontro, pena non rivedere il pacco. Scortese al telefono.
The driver refused to come down my street, to Bertinoro, a hill town, where we normally receive trucks that supply LPG and pellets, and trucks from construction warehouses, saying that he didn't want to risk this route. So I had to leave my job and go to meet him, on pain of not seeing the package again. Rude on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che loro fanno il trasporto da Parma a Bergamo, faccio la spesa online x mia mamma che ha 90 anni,disabile che abita al secondo piano,pago a questo negozio la consegna al piano,che viene riportata su tutti i DDT,ma a quanto pare mi dicono che Stef non la paga al corriere finale che consegna....9 colli lasciati nell ingresso...nessuno risponde a mail e telefono, ne Parma ne Culturano,5 h di tentativi senza mai riuscire a parlare con qualcuno....che dire?
I state that they make the transport from Parma to Bergamo, I shop online for my mom who is 90, disabled who lives on the second floor, I pay this shop for delivery to the floor, which is reported on all DDT, but at what it seems to me that Stef does not pay it to the final courier who delivers .... 9 packages left in the entrance ... no one answers email and telephone, neither Parma nor Culturano, 5 hours of attempts without ever being able to talk to someone .. ..what to say?
