박	박지연 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기서 12번 버스 타면 2정거장뒤인 종점까지 간 뒤 잠깐 대기 후에 미켈란젤로 광장까지 갑니다~ 버스 대기할때 버스에서 내릴필요 없이 버스에 앉아있을수 있어요~ 미켈란젤로 광장까지 30분정도 걸렸는데... 길을 크게 돌아 가기 때문에 시간이 꽤 걸려요~ If you take the number 12 bus from here, you will go to the end point after the 2nd stop, wait for a while and then go to Michelangelo Square~ When waiting for the bus, you can sit on the bus without getting off the bus~ It took about 30 minutes to Michelangelo Square... D	Demio 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la linea 11 è 1h e 30m in ritardo, saltando ben 2 fermate e arrivando ad un orario che nemmeno appare nelle indicazioni, fermando al capolinea anch'esso non segnalato. Un pomeriggio perso per aspettare l'autobus, un servizio pessimo, l'ATAF dovrebbe rivedere le sue priorità. line 11 is 1h and 30m late, skipping 2 stops and arriving at a time that does not even appear in the signs, stopping at the terminus which is also not signaled. An afternoon wasted waiting for the bus, bad service, the ATAF should reconsider its priorities.
f	federico sernesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Squallido. Nessun tipo di copertura da sole o pioggia nonostante sia un punto nevralgico per i mezzi pubblici. Decine se non centinaia di persone nullafacenti o venditori ambulanti appollaiate per giornate intere, a bere e cazzeggiare. Sicuramente non un bello spettacolo, sembra un approdo improvvisato di Lampedusa. Mah. Firenze cade a pezzi. Shabby. No type of sun or rain cover despite being a nerve center for public transport. Dozens if not hundreds of idle people or street vendors perched for days, drinking and fooling around. Definitely not a good show, it looks like an impromptu port of Lampedusa. Mah. Florence falls apart.

A	Anne Boisen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticket Office closes from 12:45-13:15, so when trying to get a ticket for a bus at 13:10, it was not possible, instead we had to wait for the next bus. On top of that the ticket salesman was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met, yelling at me, when I neutrally asked when he would open, because he still hadn’t opened at 13:20. There was a big line behind me, and I am not sure everyone got their ticket in time. Only good thing about the station, was the guard trying to help us out.
