Usare in ogni circostanza un linguaggio corretto e rispettoso di SVT.” Eppure si permettono di usare appellativi quali “mister”, “capo” sentiti in più occasioni… Il servizio più disorganizzato di sempre. Voi sapete quali sono effettivamente le fermate del bus? Dove sono indicate? E i biglietti del pullman?E gli orari?ormai ho capito che vanno a giornate…pullman neanche indicati in fermata fisica e neanche nella programmazione degli orari, che comunque passano… Sono un lavoratore, e non c’è rimpianto più grande che darvi i soldi che sudo ogni giorno per portare avanti un servizio così scadente…. Dopo la fiera, tornata in albergo per ritirare il mio trolley, avevo considerato di poter completare il percorso verso la stazione con la navetta, invece uno scortesissimo autista ha proseguito la corsa facendomi segno di no, nonostante l'autobus fosse mezzo vuoto. Ma le corse cancellate senza motivo e senza preavviso sono una vergogna. Rimborsi? Boh. Servizio assistenza? Non sanno nulla. Vicenza a misura di turista? Ciaone proprio. Ho appena accompagnato a casa mia sorella lasciata a piedi (e non è la prima volta con lo stesso autista) alle 22:30 dopo un turno di lavoro. Motivo? Questa volta il cane di piccola taglia non ammesso sull'autobus senza museruola, a mezzo vuoto tra l'altro (prende l'autobus da 20 anni e non le era mai successo prima). La volta precedente invece semplicemente non si è presentato. Se lavorate in un'azienda seria vi invito a fare la stessa cosa e a vedere cosa succede poi. Evidentemente questa Società concede invece tutto. Autista di una maleducazione inaudita, aggressivo e senza la mascherina fa appello al regolamento per il cane..mi viene da ridere.. L'obbligo della mascherina e di un linguaggio appropriato invece? Se non avessi risposto alla chiamata, mia sorella ora sarebbe a piedi in strada di notte pagando quello che chiamate servizio. Vergogna! In un'azienda seria ripeto, non verrebbe mai permesso un simile atteggiamento. Scrivo per puro sfogo per quello a cui ho assistito, consapevole che nessun provvedimento verrà preso come per il caso precedente. Che schifo. Do they call it evening service?
