★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima stazione nel cuore della città di Arezzo molto comoda e funzionale. Pulitissima. Il bar offre ottimi prodotti, cortesia e gentilezza del personale completano il tutto. Arezzo è una bellissima città raggiungibile comodamente in treno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il momento il piazzale antistante è inagibile e crea non pochi disagi sia per gli automobilisti che per i pedoni, vista la mole di impalcature e lavori in corso che ormai da mesi lo invade. Le gallerie della stazione sono state ristrutturate e attualmente sono perfettamente sanificate. Il bar, che si distingue per il servizio impeccabile e l'ampia varietà di prodotti, è attualmente chiuso e mi auguro che riapra al più presto.
For the moment the square in front is unusable and creates a lot of inconvenience for both motorists and pedestrians, given the amount of scaffolding and work in progress that has invaded it for months. The tunnels of the station have been renovated and are currently perfectly sanitized. The bar, which stands out for its impeccable service and wide variety of products, is currently closed and I hope it will reopen soon.

Polizia e Carabinieri ci sono sempre e vigilano su tutti.
Buona Edicola fornita di tutto.
Ha anche il distributore di bevande.
Il personale delle FS è gentile, educato e sempre pronto a risolvere i problemi.
Nice railway station kept clean and tidy.
Police and Carabinieri are always there and watch over everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo ben illuminato e pregevole come fattura da quando è stata rifatta con le sedute in pietra esterne..sempre pregevole il fatto che si nel centro della città... Peccato che ci siano poche sedie all'interno ed anche ai binari... Manca completamente la sa d'aspetto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile ricevere informazioni,anche del parcheggio adiacente,con competenze ripartite tra società di gestione,che ne rendono difficile o impossibile l'uso all'utente. Giusto ristrutturare il piazzale antistante,ma è tutta estetica e niente più funzionalità.Vuol essere un "terminal" da grande stazione,inutile,sempre vuoto. Pretenziosa provincialità!
