★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più e più volte è capitato che il terminale del distributore self non erogasse la benzina/diesel con la conseguente uscita dello scontrino dopo un’attesa infinita. Ieri dopo aver messo 10€, Per il secondo tentativo,il terminale non ha erogato benzina dato che nessuna pompa era selezionabile con i tasti. Dopo un’attesa di 15 minuti non era ancora uscito lo scontrino per il rimborso e c’è ne siamo andati. Altri clienti erano in attesa dello scontrino e a loro volta sono andati via. Questo, ripeto, succede spesso volentieri. Proprietaria scortese che non ha voluto saperne di un rimborso o di almeno un controllo. Per fortuna la prima erogazione per una seconda macchina ha erogato lo scontrino e ,dopo una polemica anche per questa, è stata rimborsata. Tutti gli altri distributori in cui mi è successo hanno erogato lo scontrino nell’immediato senza nessun problema.

After waiting for 15 minutes, the refund receipt had not yet come out and we left. Other customers were waiting for the receipt and in turn left. This, I repeat, often happens willingly. Rude owner who didn't want to know about a refund or at least a check. Fortunately, the first dispensing for a second machine issued the receipt and, after a controversy also for this, it was reimbursed. All the other distributors in which this happened to me issued the receipt immediately without any problem.
