β β β β β Ho visitato questa azienda in occasione di un corso sulle birre di produzione artigianale dell'azienda consociata.
Abbiamo provato 3 birre di produzione artigianale davvero molto buone.
Pils 2 una pilsner da 5,2Β° davvero ottima per poi passare alla Lolipa una IPA dal sapore inaspettato, solitamente ritengo queste birre troppo amare ma questa ha una mescolanza di sapori tale da non far pesare troppo l'amaro caratteristico di questa tipologia.
Per finire abbiamo degustato la wintermoon una birra stagionale davvero particolare con maggior gradazione alcolica e con ottimi sapori!
4R Γ¨ inoltre un enoteca davvero rifornita e molto interessante per la vasta scelta di vini.
I visited this company on the occasion of a course on craft beers of the associated company.
We tried 3 very well crafted beers.
Pils 2 a pilsner from 5.2 Β° really great then move on to Lolipa an IPA from unexpected flavor, usually consider these beers too bitter but this has a blend of flavors such as not to weigh too bitter taste characteristic of this type.
Finally we tasted the wintermoon a very special seasonal beer with higher alcohol content and excellent flavors!
4R is also a wine shop really stocked and very interesting for the wide selection of wines.
