Sanno con delicatezza indicare la soluzione migliore, tenendo conto del pensiero della clientela, non sono mai insistenti, ma ascoltano cosa la clientela desidera. Conosco il negozio da quando ha aperto, anni fa, e queste qualità nel tempo non sono mai venute meno. Lavorano con organizzazione, il clima è sempre molto piacevole. Dimostrano attenzione nella scelta dei prodotti che propongono, e si tengono aggiornate con corsi e proposte in modo che oltre alla parte estetica, con le novità della moda, non ci si allontani mai dall'obiettivo di curare il capello. L'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante. Che dire poi di Fabrizia, Teresa e tutto lo staff?! Sempre simpatiche, disponibili e attente a qualsiasi esigenza dei clienti. Il salone è sempre curato, raffinato e pulitissimo (e in periodo covid pieno rispetto delle norme di sicurezza). 5 stelle super meritate.... Siete il TOP!! Highly recommended !!! What about Fabrizia, Teresa and all the staff ?! Always nice, helpful and attentive to any customer need. She uses very good products and she is also the sweetest person :-) She is also reasonably priced. I had recently tried to change my hair color to blonde with another hairdresser in the same neighborhood who turned my hair into an ugly yellow color. He excused himself claiming that this change would require several other visits until we get the right color without damaging my hair. I visited his salon another 2 times but the result was always as disappointing. I found Fabrizia’s hair salon by chance, only because I saw many women walking out of it with beautiful hair and thought I had nothing to lose if asked if she could fix my hair color. I was myself very concerned because previous treatments had already damaged a lot my hair but she seemed very confident for the products she was using and the work she would do and I decided to give it a try! The result was most rewarding! She made the exact blonde color I asked her to do at only one visit and on top of that my hair remained perfectly healthy after the treatment!! She and all the girls working there are very polite and always try to understand and accommodate me even if they don’t speak English! I would recommend this hair salon undoubtedly. Fabrizia knows her job very well. One can trust her to do whatever they want with their hair.
