Roberto sa ascoltare il tipo di taglio richiesto e mi trovo davvero molto bene. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti. Cortesia e gentilezza sono sempre presenti, importante inoltre poi la simpatia del titolare che sa sempre farti sentire come a casa. Roberto knows how to listen to the type of cut required and I am really happy with it. I really recommend it to everyone. Il proprietario Roberto è straordinariamente ed eccezionalmente bravo nella sua professione: ottimo taglio, colore perfetto. Il miglior che io abbia mai avuto ed anche quello che avrei sempre desiderato. Ma oltre alla sua indiscutibile eccellenza professionale, che sarebbe comunque già da sola stata sufficiente ad accogliere il mio totale consenso e la mia approvazione, mi ha colpito anche la sua capacità relazionale e comunicativa associata ad una disponibilità non comune nel dedicarmi la sua attenzione e il suo tempo anche oltre il dovuto al fine di rendermi soddisfatta, sistemandomi sia il taglio che il colore come io desideravo e poter fare così il lavoro a regola d’arte anche se questo appunto ha richiesto un ora e mezza di lavoro in più oltre l’orario di chiusura. Infine non da ultimo si è dimostrato capace ad ascoltare ed accogliere il desiderio estetico della paziente cercando di realizzare e conformarsi a quella che è l’aspettativa della cliente circa il risultato finale con discrezione, rispetto ed umiltà nel consigliarla. But in addition to his unquestionable professional excellence, which would in any case have already been sufficient to accommodate my total consent and my approval, I was also struck by his relational and communicative ability associated with an uncommon availability in dedicating his attention and its time even beyond due in order to make me satisfied, arranging both the cut and the color as I wanted and to be able to do the work in a workmanlike manner even if this precisely required an hour and a half of work more than the closing time. Last but not least, he has shown himself capable of listening and welcoming the patient's aesthetic desire by trying to achieve and conform to what the client's expectation is about the final result with discretion, respect and humility in advising her.
