Orari assolutamente non affidabili, tempi d'attesa incerti e lunghi... Per fare la richiesta Ho aspettato in piedi sotto il sole in mezzo alla strada per due ore! Adesso a distanza di più di un mese chiamo al numero che mi hanno dato per avere notizie secondo gli orari che Loro mi hanno dato e non mi rispondono. Vi diranno che potete andare il mercoledì pomeriggio il lunedì mattina e il venerdì mattina. Ma in pratica se siete fortunati dopo tanta attesa forse riuscirete a combinare qualcosa solo di lunedì. I refer to the passport service. If I could put zero stars .. Bad .. Absolutely unreliable schedules, uncertain and long waiting times ... To make the request I waited standing in the sun in the middle of the road for two hours! Now after more than a month I call the number they gave me to get news according to the times they gave me and they don't answer me. They will tell you that you can go on Wednesday afternoons Monday morning and Friday morning. But in practice, if you are lucky after so much waiting, maybe you will be able to combine something only on a Monday.

La mattina di Venerdì 26 Febbraio 2016, mi reco con mia figlia Maria Sara presso la questura di Partinico per una richiesta di Passaporto elettronico. Facendo presente che mia figlia aveva per motivi di lavoro urgente bisogno del passaporto. L'addetto allo sportello accettata la richiesta mi ha detto che si sarebbe prodigato per velocizzare la pratica. Posso dire che trascorso il secondo giorno lavorativo, la mattina successiva ricevo una telefonata al mio recapito dal Signor Polizzi addetto ai passaporti annunciandomi che il documento era pronto. On the morning of Friday 26 February 2016, I go with my daughter Maria Sara to the police headquarters in Partinico for an electronic passport request. I can say that after the second working day, the next morning I receive a call to my address from Mr. Polizzi, who is in charge of passports, announcing to me that the document was ready.
