★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle in meno poiché al momento del ritiro, ci vorrebbe uno sportello diverso da quello della domanda. !!! Ore per un operazione da fare in pochi secondi. E poi uno sgabuzzino piccolo dove la privacy è un optional...per il resto persone gentili e competenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orribile trattamento con gli stranieri. Il personale dello sportello sono maleducati, urlano con tutti, non sanno dare un'informazione con chiarezza. Un giorno ci dice una cosa, l'altro giorno un'altra. Una cosa incredibile per una questura. Secondo me, non hanno voglia di lavorare per ciò che dimostrano.
Horrible treatment with foreigners. The counter staff are rude, they yell at everyone, they don't know how to give information clearly. One day he tells us one thing, the other day another. An incredible thing for a police station. In my opinion, they don't want to work for what they show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa io e mio padre siamo andati per una denuncia..alla reception tutto ok..ai piani superiori all'inizio siamo stati un po' trattati male senza motivo.. poi si sono resi conto che avevano esagerato senza nessuna motivazione e hanno cambiato atteggiamento...però sinceramente questo modo di fare tipico di qui penso che debba finire.. siamo cittadini e persone perbene credo che il rispetto sia alla base di tutto
A few months ago my father and I went for a complaint..the reception everything was ok..the upper floors at first we were a little badly treated for no reason .. then they realized that they had exaggerated without any reason and they changed attitude ... but honestly this way of doing typical of here I think it has to stop .. we are citizens and decent people I believe that respect is the basis of everything
