S	Silvia Rizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente non tornerò. gli appartamenti risultano sempre poco puliti e poco sicuri. questo è il secondo anno che ci andiamo e quest'anno siamo stati derubati di tutto con noi all'interno di casa la notte mentre dormivamo con 2 bambini piccoli. la porta e lo scuro nonostante chiusi sono stati aperti senza alcun segno di forzatura. Mi spiace perché la zona di piazza Marina mi piace molto. I will definitely not return. the apartments are always not very clean and unsafe. this is the second year we go there and this year we were robbed of everything with us inside the house at night while sleeping with 2 small children. the door and the shutter, despite being closed, were opened without any sign of forcing. I'm sorry because I like the Piazza Marina area very much.

G	Giovanni Cerza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in vacanza una settimana con degli amici nell’appartamento in via Ippolito Nievo a Lido di Jesolo gestito dalla presente agenzia: appena arrivati, quando secondo loro le pulizie sarebbe dovute essere già eseguite, abbiamo trovato un ambiente sporco e invivibile, a causa inoltre dell’odore insopportabile proveniente dalla cucina, per non parlare delle macchie sui materassi (situazione ingiustificabile soprattutto per il periodo che stiamo passando a causa del Covid-19). Il risultato è stato più di un giorno di lavoro da parte dell’agenzia durante i quali l’appartamento è stato inagibile. Durante i successivi giorni l’odore è persistito tanto che la cucina e il soggiorno sono stati inutilizzabili. Ci è stato fornito un rimborso del prezzo (già in principio esageratamente alto) che di sicuro non ragguaglia la situazione di disagio a cui abbiamo assistito. Pessima gestione dell’unità abitativa e disorganizzazione, per non parlare della scortesia e dell’arroganza di fronte a tale situazione di parte del personale. Sconsiglio vivamente. I was on vacation for a week with friends in the apartment in via Ippolito Nievo in Lido di Jesolo managed by this agency: as soon as we arrived, when according to them the cleaning should have already been carried out, we found a dirty and unlivable environment, due to of the unbearable smell coming from the kitchen, not to mention the stains on the mattresses (unjustifiable situation especially for the period we are going through due to Covid-19). The result was more than one day of work by the agency during which the apartment was unusable. During the following days, the smell persisted so much that the kitchen and living room were unusable. We have been provided with a refund of the price (already exaggeratedly high in the beginning) which certainly does not reflect the situation of discomfort we have witnessed. Bad management of the housing unit and disorganization, not to mention the rudeness and arrogance of some of the staff in the face of this situation. I strongly advise against.
R	Riccardo Marangoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato con larghissimo anticipo e nonostante ciò abbiamo trovato una situazione da last minute: all'arrivo uno dei due appartamenti era inagibile a causa delle condizioni igieniche totalmente inadeguate (soprattutto se consideriamo il periodo post-lockdown) mentre il secondo risultava scomodo sotto certi aspetti (ad esempio una doccia che non permetteva un utilizzo superiore a 5 minuti a causa dello scarico completamente intasato o una delle luci della zona giorno non funzionante). Servizio clienti di scarsa qualità e poco attento. Booked very well in advance and despite this we found a last minute situation: upon arrival one of the two apartments was unusable due to the totally inadequate hygienic conditions (especially if we consider the post-lockdown period) while the second was uncomfortable in some respects ( for example a shower that did not allow use for more than 5 minutes due to the completely clogged drain or one of the lights in the living area not working). Poor quality and careless customer service.

L'appartamento, che sarebbe dovuto essere stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo, ci è stato consegnato in condizioni pietose; c'erano porte, finestre e mobili rotti, muffa su muri e materassi e un odore pungente che rendeva l'abitazione completamente inabitabile. Dopo numerose chiamate il secondo giorno l'agenzia si è degnata di mandare una squadra di pulizie, anch'essa affatto professionale, che ha semplicemente migliorato le apparenze. L'odore proveniente dalla cucina è persistito per tutta la settimana rendendo la zona giorno impraticabile. A fine vacanza, sempre se si può definire tale, ci è stato fatto un piccolo sconto che non ha sicuramente colmato tutti i disagi. Di seguito potete vedere le condizioni dell'appartamento al nostro arrivo. Agency strongly not recommended. The apartment, which should have been cleaned before our arrival, was handed over to us in poor condition; there were broken doors, windows and furniture, mold on the walls and mattresses and a pungent odor that made the house completely uninhabitable. After numerous calls on the second day the agency deigned to send a cleaning team, also quite professional, which simply improved appearances. The smell from the kitchen persisted throughout the week making the living area impractical. At the end of the holiday, if it can be defined as such, we received a small discount that certainly did not fill all the inconveniences. Alberto mi ha trovato un fantastico appartamento sulle torri in drago ad un prezzo molto buono devo dire. Mi è capitato di avere un unico problema con la doccia in 6 mesi, e in men che non si dica il problema è stato risolto in pochissime ore. Non posso far altro che consigliare molto questa immobiliare perché il cliente si sente davvero seguito in tutto e per tutto, stra consiglio e rinnovo i miei ringraziamenti ad Alberto e Monica. I needed an apartment for the winter season and I turned to real estate stella which had been recommended to me by a friend, I could not make a better choice in no time at all. Alberto found me a fantastic apartment on the dragon towers at a very good price I must say. I happened to have a single shower problem in 6 months, and in no time at all the problem was solved in a matter of hours. I can not help but recommend this real estate a lot because the client feels really followed in all respects, I recommend and renew my thanks to Alberto and Monica.
G	Georg G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann man absolut weiterempfehlen. Wohnung haben wir am Ankunftstag, statt um 15, bereits um 12 Uhr sauber bekommen. Agentur ist nicht überlaufen, da hatten wir schon anderes erlebt, mit meterlangen Schlangen. WhatsApp Kontakt mit Alberto gehabt und schnell Antwort bekommen. Die nette Lady spricht recht gut deutsch, mit Englisch kommt man auch super weiter. Auf Nachfrage durften wir die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis 17 Uhr nutzen, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem absolut nichts zu beanstanden. I can absolutely recommend it. We got the apartment clean on the day of arrival, instead of at 3 p.m., at 12 p.m. Agency is not overcrowded, we had already experienced other things, with meter-long queues. WhatsApp had contact with Alberto and got an answer quickly. The nice lady speaks German quite well, and English is a great way to get along. On request, we were allowed to use the apartment until 5 p.m. on the day of departure, which is not a matter of course. All in all, absolutely nothing to complain about.
