Non sono stati capaci di risolvere il problema creato, non facendosene carico e nonostante ciò hanno preteso tutti i soldi più un extra per un vano tentativo di sistemare richiesto da noi.
È stato lasciato un pavimento peggiore di come lo avevano trovato.

Bad experience! The sanding treatment of the parquet that they carried out led to bad results with numerous opaque spots. They were not able to solve the created problem, not taking charge of it and yet they demanded all the money plus an extra for a vain attempt to fix requested by us.
A worse floor was left than they had found.
Poor professional!
