Li ho contattati dicendo che avevo scelto la spedizione, ma con estrema gentilezza mi hanno spiegato che avevo sbagliato nell ordinarle! Ho chiesto se pagando la spedizione avrebbero potuto inviarle e invece mi hanno omaggiato addirittura le spese di spedizione! Che dire? Grazie infinite! Al prossimo acquisto.
Unique professionalism! I ordered an item by mistakenly selecting the collection at the office! Once the items were ready they sent me saying I could go and collect. I contacted them saying that I had chosen the shipment, but with extreme kindness they explained to me that I was wrong in ordering them! I asked if they could send them by paying for the shipping and instead they even paid me the shipping costs! What to say? Thank you so much! To the next purchase.
