Si può indicare via mail tutte le caratteristiche, dal colore della copertina alle finiture, ed il risultato è di buona qualità a prezzi equivalenti alle altre copisterie di Roma. Inizio dai pro perchè è uno soltanto: prezzi tutto sommato nella media considerando il ricarico assurdo che hanno altre copisterie nella zona. Ora i contro. Lentezza nel servizio: sebbene avessi dato 3 giorni pieni per ultimare il lavoro si è scelto di ridursi frettolosamente agli ultimi minuti come Cenerentola. Qualità del lavoro finale: le tesi sono uscite fuori complessivamente in modo appena sufficiente ma ciò su cui sono rimasto veramente deluso è la qualità della rilegatura: sia le pagine iniziali che aderiscono alla copertina sia la copertina stessa presentano bolle d'aria antiestetiche che rovinano la resa finale del prodotto. Presentazione del lavoro: non è concepibile consegnare un prodotto finito in delle buste della spesa di un supermercato: assolutamente necessario dotarsi di buste più resistenti da fornire al cliente. Cortesia: nulla di particolare da segnare sotto questo aspetto ma almeno delle scuse, anche finte e non necessariamente sincere, per aver fatto aspettare oltre l'orario dichiarato di consegna sarebbero state gradite. Quest'ultimo punto è importantissimo ed è quello che più fa breccia nel cliente. Senza di essa poi non ci lamentiamo che non c'è lavoro. Consiglio di far cura delle opinioni/ lamentele della clientela senza prendersela sul personale. Presentando una media recensioni così elevata, è evidente che tanti clienti si trovino bene, ma si può sempre migliorare! Tutti possono migliorare (p.s. ricordatevi di chiedere lo scontrino per qualsiasi genere di evenienza. Sono dell'idea che ogni santa volta dovrebbe essere il proprietario a ricordarsi di dare al cliente il resto e lo scontrino insieme. Al contempo, essendo esseri umani, potrebbe capitare di dimenticarsi!) Concludo invitandovi a provare questa copisteria I invite every single person to go and express their opinion. Ho stampato un normale file in bianco e nero fronte/retro al costo di 10 centesimi a pagina (20 centesimi a foglio) quando in Viale Ippocrate nessuna copisteria supera i 5 centesimi (alcune addirittura 3 cent). Visto il prezzo ti aspetti un buon servizio, invece no, pagine macchiate e per una banalissima spillatura pretendeva 2€... ho preferito andarmene per non farmi rubare ulteriori soldi. Le recensioni positive sono praticamente solo da utenti con una sola recensione, dubito della loro autenticità. Mai più. EDIT: non sono andato a stampare un reso Amazon come il proprietario afferma, bensì un documento PDF di quasi 100 pagine, mi avrà confuso con un altro cliente. I prezzi indicati a listino sono 10 centesimi a pagina come da mia recensione, anche bugiardo negandolo. E si, mi ha chiesto 2€ per una banale spillatura. Stay away !!! Accoglienza zero e servizio abbastanza lento. P.S. Innanzitutto non ho pagato un euro, ancora riesco a leggere bene gli scontrini, poi per quanto riguarda l'oscenità che ha detto sulla caritas, sappia che la sua cortesia che tanto vanta nei commenti dovrebbe applicarla anche alle risposte che lascia nelle recensioni negative che saranno sicuramente molto più veritiere di quelle positive che invece elemosina. Tuttavia l’organizzazione non è ottimale: le mie tesi dovevano essere pronte per martedì, mercoledì mattina non sono finite, alle 14 sono chiusi (nonostante online ci sia scritto “orario continuato”), torno allora alle 15.30 e le pagine a colori sono stampate in bianco/nero. Mi dicono quindi che per ristampare le 17 pagine a colori ci sarebbero volute alcune ore e ripasso alle 18. Finalmente le tesi sono pronte, provo a pagare ma il pos non funziona, pago in contanti e non mi fanno lo scontrino (fattore abbastanza grave considerando che solo io ho speso 80€). In conclusione, i prezzi sono davvero convenienti ma bisogna stargli particolarmente dietro. Sono andata pochi giorni fa in questa copisteria dato che le altre a viale Ippocrate (tra cui quella mia di fiducia: Maxi Pioda) erano chiuse. Inizio con lo scrivere che l’impiegato che mi ha servito non ha avuto i toni cordiali/gentili che dovrebbero esserci nel rapporto con il cliente, anzi ha avuto toni abbastanza scontrosi. I prezzi sono più elevati rispetto alle altre copisterie sempre nella stessa via (5 centesimi a pagina per oltre 150 pagine). Da Maxi Pioda ad esempio sono 4 centesimi a pagina, da 10 pagine stampate in poi. Infine il servizio è abbastanza lento. Posso scrivere tutto ciò con cognizione di causa, facendo il paragone con altre e varie copisterie dove non ho mai riscontrato alcun tipo di problema. Finisco con il ribadire che per un commerciante il rapporto con il cliente dovrebbe esser messo al primo posto; un mio consiglio è quello di prestare più attenzione ai toni usati , i quali dovrebbero essere i più cordiali possibili. Spero ci sarà un miglioramento da questo punto di vista, peccato che non potrò riscontrarlo visto che non ci tornerò più. I strongly advise against! I conclude by reiterating that for a trader the relationship with the customer should be put in the first place; my advice is to pay more attention to the tones used, which should be as friendly as possible.
