★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Stadtmauer verdeutlicht des mittelalterlichen Bauzustand der kleinen Stadt Glurns. Und die will ich als das Südtiroler Tor zum Ofenpass bezeichnen, der in die Schweiz führt. Und so treffen sich hier alle deutschsprachigen Einwohner der Alpenländer und verweilen am Marktplatz bei Café, Wein oder Grappa.
 The city wall illustrates the medieval state of construction of the small town of Glurns. And I want to call it the South Tyrolean gateway to the Ofen Pass, which leads to Switzerland. And so all the German-speaking residents of the Alpine countries meet here and linger on the market square with a café, wine or grappa.
