★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impianto grande e ben curato anche se poco collegato al resto della città. Per raggiungerlo è necessaria la macchina e, durante grandi manifestazioni, parcheggiare risulta scomodo e complicato.
 Large and well-kept facility although little connected to the rest of the city. To reach it you need a car and, during large events, parking is inconvenient and complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è recente e tutto sommato ben tenuta, c'è un bar all'interno per una pausa tra una gara e l'altra, ma il parcheggio scarseggia. Comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada.
The structure is recent and all in all well kept, there is a bar inside for a break between one race and another, but parking is scarce. Convenient to reach from the highway.

It can be reached easily from the highway, just behind the Frosinone benito lineage stadium. The structure is not very big but there is a nice parking and an internal bar. Large and clean changing rooms

High level structure for every water sport. Water polo at the top with the Frosinone Water Polo Association. Excellent coaches and corporate staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura davvero importante, vasca principale da 25+8 metri con 8corsie a profondità costante di 2,8m per apnea, pallanuoto e nuoto sincronizzato oltre che il classico nuoto, in più c'è una vasca di acqua bassa più calda da 21m. Spogliatoi enormi, reception e bar. Bellissimo soffitto in legno lamellare. Fuori ampio parcheggio.
Really important structure, main pool of 25 + 8 meters with 8 courses at a constant depth of 2.8m for freediving, water polo and synchronized swimming as well as classic swimming, plus there is a warmer 21m shallow water pool. Huge changing rooms, reception and bar. Beautiful glulam ceiling. Ample parking outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo Stadio del nuoto moderno situato in mezzo un viale di pinte di querce e nel complesso sportivo dove ci sono, lo stadio di calcio di ultima generazione uno dei migliori d'Italia e del Palazzetto dello Sport modernissimo, intorno allo stadio ci sono dei piccoli ristoranti ad uso famigliare che si mangia benissimo, tipici piatti ciociari molto gustosi.
