Si inventano l'assenza del destinatario a casa ed il giorno successivo che non trovano la strada! if i could put 0 stars i would! I am waiting for a 2 day retreat. They invent the absence of the recipient at home and the next day they can't find the way!

Dovrebbero solo chiudere! 15 euro di servizio inutili!:( Bad service .... I had to deliver a package to my business ... they pass on Mondays which are closed and they don't even leave me the notice and they don't even call me having my number. They should just shut down! 15 euro useless service! :(
M	Mirco Rinaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi accodo alle recensioni precedenti...non consegnano, dicono che ero assente(tutto il giorno a casa) che hanno lasciato l'avviso(nemmeno l'ombra) quando li chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni(a parte il tono scocciato della"segretaria") il corriere è passato, l'avviso non lo lasciano nella cassetta...forse è volato via o l'ha preso qualcuno...insomma il pazzo sono io! costretti da Milano a consegnare mi richiamano fissando un appuntamento in un luogo del mio paese e alle mie rimostranze per le prese in giro....mi si risponde che non l'hanno scritto loro(e allora chi?). Decisamente poco professionali e una banda allo sbaraglio! Dovrebbero chiuderli. Sto cercando di contattarli al telefono, provo a tutte le ore ma non rispondono mai. Nella foto si vede una casa normale, dove posso recarmi per ritirare il pacco personalmente? Dov'è il magazzino? Fissa telefonicamente un appuntamento per la consegna e poi nega di averlo fatto. Dopo un giorno risponde finalmente al telefono in modo non proprio cortese. Per di più non sa dove è finito l'oggetto da consegnare. Forse il peggior corriere mai incontrato in più di 300 acquisti. Se potessi darei 0 stelle.
