Si ha diritto a un ciclo all'anno, se si fanno con la mutua, il ticket è di 55 euro, e loro consigliano fine estate inizio autunno. Il personale è gentilissimo, l'ambiente è caldo e accogliente. Se si arriva da fuori c'è la comodità del treno, in 5 minuti si arriva alle terme. I go there every year to do inhalation cycles for cooling diseases and they work very well. Il primo giorno effettuano una visita medica prima della terapia, poi, dopo pagato il ticket caricano un badge che permette, tramite una macchina posta all'ingresso, di ottenere un biglietto da consegnare al momento della terapia ; basta inserire la tessera e fa tutto in automatico. In reparto il personale è molto gentile. nelle ore in cui vado io non si fa coda e si accede subito. Ottima esperienza. They are well organized. Ho prenotato via email senza esito alcuno, poi per telefono senza ricevere conferma del turno per la visita medica preliminare. Insomma, bisogna che si organizzino meglio. Friendly staff, a clean and sober environment. Not so good at booking service and acceptance is not well organized. Rebora,direttore sanitario per la sua capillare visita e la gentilezza,così come le fanghine,gentilissime e preparate che fanno dello Stabilimento uno dei più rinomati d Italia.Nota molto positiva che quando faccio la cura dei fanghi,per molto tempo sento i benefici e i dolori osteoarticolari come d incanto spariscono.Spero tra un paio di settimane di venire a farmi un ciclo di cure che dopo circa due anni di assenza ne ho proprio bisogno.Credo alloggero' li accanto presso l hotel San Marco dell amico Mario,dove permanenza e cibo trovano un connubbio eccezionale. I have been coming to the Terme di Acqui for several years and I have always had a great time, from the medical examination to the reception and to the mud staffs and to the whole plant.In particular, I thank Dr. G. Rebora, medical director for his extensive visit and kindness, as well as the very kind and prepared muds that make the plant one of the most renowned in Italy. Very positive note that when I do the mud treatment, for a long time I feel the benefits and the osteoarticular pains as if by magic they disappear. I hope in a couple of weeks to come and get me a cycle of treatments that after about two years of absence I really need it. I think I'll be staying next door at the San Marco hotel of my friend Mario, where stay and food find an exceptional combination.

Cura dei dettagli e nei particolari. Buona la comunicazione con il personale ed interessante il contesto. Rapporto medico paziente nella visita pre cure di estrema professionalità. Gli operatori ed operatrici (l'eccellente e giovane Simona ai fanghi molto competente ) del settore, sono rari professionisti che si mettono a disposizione e sanno avvolgerti con le dovute cure del caso e "dell'animo"...
