Staff and service is good, while the room aren't the best at all.
Restaurant and food so and so.
Not bad the spa available for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Terme Hotel is the worst I have never been in Italy ! My room number 137 had as view from the window many bags of rubbish ! The Spa really poor , they don't allawed people to stay more than two hours ( I have never seen something similar in Italy ! ) . They call solarium a small balcony full of pigeons . Really unfriendly stuff , the girl who work in Spa reception make cistomers feel unwelcome ! The breakfast in the morning is really poor . This Hotel shout max 2 stars Hotel ! I wouldn't raccomend it to anyone ! Waste of money and big disappointment!
Grande delusione ! Le stanze con vista sui sacchi della spazzatura. Una colazione da Albergo a 2 Stelle ! Spa dove l entrata viene cronometrata , dopo due ore Sei invitato ad uscire . Una receptionist alla Spa Veramente maleducata! Come solarium un piccolo balcone con 12 lettini e un sacco di piccioni ! Veramente deludente !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spa on the first floor was great and I enjoyed 2 visits. The hotel was central and it seemed like everything was only a short walk away, including an incredible number of excellent restaurants. However, the room was very small, the beds were quite uncomfortable, the hotel's restaurant had a pretty poor selection of food and was the only place in Acqui Terme we encountered where the staff could not speak English. Overall I would recommend visiting the spa, but finding another hotel to stay in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This thermal bath in the centre of the town is well worth a visit. The hotel is in a beautiful art deco style and the water is the top, soft as silk, full of minerals and naturally heated underground. What's not to like?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely stay here again. Nice room overlooking the Piazza. Breakfast and entry to the baths included in our package. Nice robes provided. A little worn but clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, convenient to the city center and with internal thermal spa. Rooms are clean and some of them even very spacious. WiFi not working in the rooms, but I noticed that there are Ethernet plugs. 4 stars because few services could be improved (parking space for example), but overall recommended.
