F	Febby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. sono due giorni che provo a contattarli sia io che il mio cliente, ma nessuno risponde. sono riuscita a prendere la linea una volta sola, oltrettutto senza sapermi dare l'informazione richiesta, dicendomi che dovrei saperlo io, (azienda esterna che non ha il conto corrente, ma chiamo per conto del mio cliente) e poi casualmente hanno fatto cadere la linea.... da li il vuoto nessuno ha più risosto. Credo che una banca come Intesa Sanpaolo, dovrebbe dare servizio eccellente, invece il personale è inadeguato oltre che maleducato. Per fortuna io non ho il conto li con loro e ho consigliato al mio cliente di cambiare banca. Bad service. Anch'io come altri utenti ho avuto esperienze poco positive, sia allo sportello (ma era prima del Covid) e poco tempo fa (allo sportello bancomat). La nota positiva è che il bancomat è efficiente. Servizio decisamente migliorabile. Intesa Sanpaolo branch with negative (many) and positive (few) aspects. Like other users, I too have had little positive experiences, both at the counter (but it was before Covid) and recently (at the ATM). The positive note is that the ATM is efficient. Definitely improvable service.
