 The entire team of the Bolzano police station is extremely precise and helpful. They do a great job and are courteous to people. The counter 4 officer is particularly nice and quick.Thank you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed by the police representatives who meet people at the doors and distribute tickets. Specifically, a woman who is responsible for organizing that. She screamed at people and shown her genuine disrespect for them. It was very unprofessional. The higher level folks in Questura should consider improving the service.

If you don't speak Italian they don't even want to listen to you. First they don't let you in, you have to wait outside no matter how the weather is, i had to wait 40-60 minutes outside before somebody came down and picked people up, there were kids and pregnant woman standing literally in the street in the middle of freezing January and Police officers simply didn't care. Just for the record, Inside there is relatively big waiting room.
During my several visits just one employee was nice and friendly, all the rest are very arrogant and rude. Everything is disorganised, you have to go there personally even for smallest information or making appointment , nothing seems possible online. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour from Governmental entity in my life, even in less developed countries than Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would leave no stars if i could. If you need anything done, better try doing it yourself. And if it weren't for the auto translate feature of google they wouldn't even understand what I am ranting about cause they don't even speak anz other language than italian...

*The nicest person ever.... he is very efficient, friendly and kind.
The whole staff in Bolzano is very friendly and they care about childrens. You ask a question and they will guide you what you need and where to apply for.
Keep doing what you already are !
