i	ingo beyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Rollade. Da diese Firma vor einigen Jahren für uns eine Markise angebracht hat, nahmen wir telefonisch und auch per Email Kontakt auf. Über mehrere Wochen haben wir es nicht geschafft, einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Erst als ein italienischer Freund dort anrief, bekamen wir innerhalb von einer Woche einen Termin. Der Monteur kam und schlug uns vor, die Rollade zu elektrifizieren. Dem stimmten wir zu. Er telefonierte dann mit seinem Chef und teilte mit, wir sollten uns an den Hersteller der Rollade wenden. Er ging dann und war auch nicht bereit, uns eine Erklärung zu geben. Niemals werden wir diese Firma nochmals kontaktieren!!! We had problems with a roller shutter. Since this company installed an awning for us a few years ago, we contacted them by phone and email. We haven't been able to make an appointment for several weeks. It wasn't until an Italian friend called there that we got an appointment within a week. The fitter came and suggested that we electrify the roller shutter. We agreed to that. He then phoned his boss and said we should contact the manufacturer of the roller shutter. Then he left and wasn't ready to give us an explanation. We will never contact this company again !!!

Perfect job, but after a couple of months the automatic sun awning system stopped working by itself, more than 1 month I wait for them to come and fix!

La squadra di montaggio era di Padova, due tecnici gentili e disponibili, che hanno montato i tendoni i maniera rapida e non facendo nemmeno tanta polvere. La signora che risponde la telefono è davvero cordiale, di una gentilezza rara quando si tratta di colloqui telefonici. Il titolare ho avuto modo di conoscerlo quando è venuto a prendere le misure, c'è stata una incomprensione ma si è risolta nei migliori dei casi. L'ultima stella non la metto perché reputo assurdo che chi monta un tendaggio non lo colleghi, ho dovuto chiamare un elettricista per fare il lavoro, quando il cavo era già presente nella predisposizione e bastava un semplice morsetto. Nonostante ciò lo consiglio! I can not say more that I really enjoyed it. The lady who answers the phone is really friendly, a rare kindness when it comes to telephone interviews. I got to know the owner when he came to take the measurements, there was a misunderstanding but it was resolved in the best of cases. The last star I do not put it because I think it is absurd that whoever mounts a curtain does not connect it, I had to call an electrician to do the job, when the cable was already present in the predisposition and a simple clamp was enough. Despite this I recommend it!
