★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sua costruzione risale al XII secolo, ma la sua riedificazione avvenne nel XVII secolo (1661: consacrazione), il progetto della riedificazione fu del canonico Sebastiano Guala.
Ospita quindici tondi di Pier Francesco Guala (Casale M.to 1698 - Milano 1756) raffiguranti profeti e santi.
La tela dell'altare di sinistra raffigura Santa Lucia coi Santi Crispino e Crispiniano ed è opera di Guglielmo Caccia, detto il Moncalvo (Montabone d'Acqui 1568 - Moncalvo 1625).
È notevole la pala raffigurante San Sebastiano, opera di Giovanni Francesco Caroto.
Its construction dates back to the twelfth century, but its rebuilding took place in the seventeenth century (1661: consecration), the reconstruction project was by the canon Sebastiano Guala.
It houses fifteen tondi by Pier Francesco Guala (Casale M.to 1698 - Milan 1756) depicting prophets and saints.
The left altar canvas depicts Saint Lucia with Saints Crispino and Crispiniano and is the work of Guglielmo Caccia, known as Moncalvo (Montabone d'Acqui 1568 - Moncalvo 1625).
The altarpiece depicting San Sebastiano, the work of Giovanni Francesco Caroto, is noteworthy.
