Del menu mi ha colpito il pomodoro: un mix di semplicità e tecnica culinaria da sorprendere anche il più critico tra gli ospiti. Lo Chef, molto cordiale, si è intrattenuto parecchio tempo al nostro tavolo, commentando le portate. Il sommelier ha osato proponendoci un vino spettacolare che ha impreziosito il percorso gastronomico. La cornice taorminese rende questo ristorante davvero unico nel suo genere.
Absolutely deserved star. Exclusive location wisely embellished with personalized accessories. The staff lives up to the fame. Precious menu and sophisticated wine list. On the menu I was struck by the tomato: a mix of simplicity and culinary technique to surprise even the most critical of guests. The very friendly Chef spent a lot of time at our table, commenting on the courses. The sommelier dared to offer us a spectacular wine that embellished the gastronomic journey. The Taormina setting makes this restaurant truly one of a kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a pity that we can't give more than 5 stars; it was a unique experience consisting in the combination of athmospher, superb service and extraordinary tasting food. But was not only that; we had a lot of surprises, specialy to the desert; things which they offer and they were amazing good.
Last, but not least, the chef is a very nice person, he came to talk to evryone in the restaurant and give us the confidence of a very professional aproach of the cooking.
We will sure come back and we strongly recomand the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is serious fine dinning. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and we don’t regret it at all. The setting is breathtaking, the decoration, tables, cutely, etc is beautifully designed. Service is extremely professional and attentive. We ordered the 7 course menu with wine paring. It was a wonderful journey. I particularly liked the lamb dish and the wine that was served with it. The chef is a very talented and ambitious young man, he visited every table and had a chat with his customers. An absolutely wonderful experience, totally recommended.
