★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sn stata mercoledì scorso ad acquistare articoli in saldo, sabato mattina sn tornata x cambiarli e la commessa mi ha risposto che nn potevo più farlo perché la politica aziendale nn prevede cambio in periodo di sconti con il 70%. La scorrettezza sta nel fatto che nn era scritto da nessuna parte e le commesse si sn guardate bene dal dirmelo al momento di pagare....ho chiamato l'associazione consumatori che mi ha detto che ciò è scorretto e che nn è così che si trattano i clienti.....state molto attenti
Sn was last Wednesday to buy items on sale, Saturday morning sn returned to change them and the order replied that I could no longer do it because the company policy does not provide for exchange during the discount period with 70%. The impropriety lies in the fact that nn was written nowhere and the shop assistants took care not to tell me when paying .... I called the consumer association which told me that this is incorrect and that it is not they treat customers ..... be very careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Palermo abbiamo acquistato un po' in tutti i punti vendita St. Denis con mia moglie e le mie nipoti, fan accanite, perché hanno sempre articoli davvero belli e di ottima qualità sopratutto i prodotti made in italy. Lo staff è molto attento e professionale, ma sopratutto sempre cordiale ed educato e ci tenevamo a sottoliniarlo perché in questo punto vendita ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Concludo ringraziando sempre per la simpatia del personale e per i prezzi davvero alla portata di tutti!
In Palermo we bought a little in all St. Denis outlets with my wife and grandchildren, avid fans, because they always have really beautiful and high quality items, especially products made in Italy. The staff is very attentive and professional, but above all always friendly and polite and we wanted to emphasize it because in this store we have always had a great time. I conclude by thanking always for the friendliness of the staff and for the prices really affordable for everyone!
