Giorno 30/04/2021 ho lasciato il borsello presso il negozio di Via Sciuti di Palermo per essere riparato e dopo una lunghissima attesa durata oltre due mesi e dopo tante telefonate per capire quando potevo riaverlo, me lo restituisco senza alcuna riparazione dicendomi che si tratta di normale usura e che non possono sostituirmelo, ma in realtà volevo solo che me lo riparassero. Ci sono rimasto molto male pertanto mi sono promesso di non acquistare mai più un articolo Piquadro ne tantomeno regalarne a nessuno About a year ago they gave me a Piquadro shoulder bag and after 10 months the zipper broke; I state that I have always liked the articles of this company and on several occasions I have given some to friends and relatives. Day 30/04/2021 I left the bag at the shop in Via Sciuti in Palermo to be repaired and after a very long wait lasting over two months and after many phone calls to find out when I could get it back, I return it to me without any repairs telling me that it is of normal wear and tear and that they cannot replace it, but in reality I just wanted them to fix it. I was very upset so I promised myself never to buy a Piquadro item again, let alone give it to anyone
