 super positive experience, friendly staff on the phone and very helpful with any clarification. I rented a panda a few weeks old without a credit card. welcome at Trapani airport by Vincenzo, really positive. very fast delivery always with Vincenzo very kind and polite. I recommend to everyone Sicily rent car.

β β β β β Cattiva esperienza. Abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un'auto per un'emergenza improvvisa. Svolgiamo tutta la pratica al pc da Torino: prenotazione, scansione e invio documenti proprio per non dover perdere tempo al momento della presa in carico all'aeroporto di Trapani Birgi (cosΓ¬ ci ha consigliato di fare l'impiegata al telefono e cosΓ¬ abbiamo fatto). Arriviamo la sera al desk di Trapani pronti per ritirare subito l'auto e ci viene detto che a causa di un problema con il loro sistema operativo dobbiamo rifare tutta la procedura, il tutto ci porta via 20 minuti (vitali per noi!). Come se non bastasse l'impiegato ci dice di seguirli fuori dall'aeroporto per prendere l'auto senza nemmeno avvisarci che avremmo dovuto fare altri 5 minuti di strada a piedi nel buio sotto la pioggia e il vento gelido tipico di Trapani a Marzo, noi eravamo in 5 persone di cui 2 ultra settantenni con i bagagli al seguito. In tutto ciΓ³ l'impiegato "piΓ© veloce" ci distacca dileguandosi nel buio!! Intuiamo la direzione e proseguiamo per notarlo infine, sempre nel buio sotto la pioggia e nel vento, nel parcheggio. In tutto ciΓ³ Γ© ovviamente impossibile sincerarsi delle condizioni dell'auto ma sembra in ordine. Non pretendevamo certo una navetta che ci portasse all'auto e neanche di trovare l'auto sotto la pensilina dell'aeroporto subito all'uscita ma almeno che ci venisse spiegato dove si trovava, poteva andare solo uno di noi e recuperare dopo gli anziani del gruppo comodamente all'uscita dell'aeroporto all'asciutto e al caldo. 2 ore scarse di noleggio, peugeot 208, presa a Birgi e riconsegnata a Punta Raisi, totale 124 euro. Servizio scadente, mai piΓΉ.
NOTA BENE: si è scelto di noleggiare un'auto perchè il collegamento bus tra Birgi e Punta Raisi o tra Birgi e Palermo città è semplicemente INESISTENTE (almeno il sabato nella fascia serale, ore 20.00). Ogni volta che devo purtroppo/per fortuna tornare in Sicilia mi faccio il segno della croce.
Bad experience. We had to rent a car for a sudden emergency. We carry out all the paperwork on the PC from Turin: booking, scanning and sending documents so as not to have to waste time when taking charge at Trapani Birgi airport (so he advised us to be an employee on the phone and so we did) . We arrive in the evening at the desk in Trapani ready to immediately collect the car and we are told that due to a problem with their operating system we have to redo the whole procedure, it takes us 20 minutes (vital for us!). As if that weren't enough, the employee tells us to follow them out of the airport to take the car without even warning us that we would have to walk another 5 minutes on foot in the dark in the rain and the cold wind typical of Trapani in March, we we were 5 people including 2 over seventy with luggage in tow. In all this, the "faster" clerk detaches us by disappearing into the dark !! We sense the direction and we continue to finally notice it, always in the dark in the rain and in the wind, in the parking lot. In all this it is obviously impossible to ascertain the condition of the car but it seems in order. We certainly did not expect a shuttle to take us to the car nor to find the car under the canopy of the airport immediately at the exit but at least that it was explained to us where it was, only one of us could go and recover after the elders of the group comfortably at the airport exit in dry and warm conditions. Scarce 2 hours of rental, peugeot 208, taken in Birgi and returned to Punta Raisi, total 124 euros. Poor service, never again.
PLEASE NOTE: you have chosen to rent a car because the bus connection between Birgi and Punta Raisi or between Birgi and Palermo city is simply NON-EXISTENT (at least on Saturdays in the evening, at 20.00). Unfortunately / fortunately I have to return to Sicily every time I make the sign of the cross.

β β β β β Look out for scam with debit /credit card: they let you pay for the reservation with debit and then ask for credit, if you don't have it, they'll charge 30% more for some absurd protection. Also check possible damage, they'll look to take your money.

One of the only places that allows you to rent with a debit card. Never had a problem with these guys. Deposits always paid back.
