Si possono ovviamente trovare i piatti della cucina salentina. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e gioialitá dalla proprietaria che ci ha spiegato con cura le portate del giorno oltre a darci ultili consigli sulla meravigliosa Lecce. Found by chance, this gastronomy offers a wide choice of dishes all prepared in a homemade way using mainly seasonal products. You can obviously find the dishes of Salento cuisine. We were welcomed with extreme kindness and joy by the owner who carefully explained the courses of the day as well as giving us last-minute advice on the wonderful Lecce.

È un'ottima cucina da asporto...ma il piatto che, secondo me, è la sublimazione del piacere del palato e del cibo è la parmigiana alla marinara. Mi è stata proposta dalla titolare e, per una volta, ho accettato il consiglio (di solito diffido un po' quando mi "consigliano" dei piatti,. così, in genere)...ma, dicevo, quella volta ho accettato e non me ne sono pentito. È una sua variante della parmigiana, ma vi assicuro che è qualcosa di sublime, unico, dei sapori incredibili di cose apparentemente impossibili da conciliare. Leggerissima ma con un sapore forte di terra e di mare. Io ne sono rimasto, direi, entusiasta. Non viene cucinata ogni giorno...e questo è un bene perché per prepararla, io credo, ci vuole il suo tempo e i suoi ingredienti migliori. Bravissimi. I went there once or twice and always in a hurry. It is an excellent takeaway cuisine ... but the dish that, in my opinion, is the sublimation of the pleasure of the palate and food is the marinara parmigiana. It was proposed to me by the owner and, for once, I accepted the advice (usually I am a little wary when they "recommend" dishes, so, in general) ... but, I said, that time I accepted and did not I regretted it. It is a variant of Parmigiana, but I assure you that it is something sublime, unique, with the incredible flavors of things apparently impossible to reconcile. Very light but with a strong flavor of land and sea. I was, I would say, enthusiastic about it. It is not cooked every day ... and this is good because to prepare it, I believe, it takes its time and its best ingredients. Very good.
