Sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili specialmente Vincenzo e Michele, Molto professionali e risolutivi. Inizialmente avevamo un problema di cerniera non dovuto dalla casa ma dalla produzione, senza battere ciglio Vincenzo mi ha sostituito ciò che era da cambiare in pochissimo tempo. Questa so che è vera professionalità!!! Complimenti davvero!!! Lo consiglieremo a molti come già stiamo facendo. Alessandro DM To say satisfied is not enough, I bought a first single mattress for my son from domus relax and I received one for free and after less than a year I contacted the company to get me a double mattress and another single, all receiving a free gift. another single of excellent quality. They were very kind and very helpful especially Vincenzo and Michele, very professional and decisive. Initially we had a hinge problem not due to the house but from the production, without batting an eye Vincenzo replaced me what had to be changed in a very short time. Vincenzo non solo è stato gentile ed attento, ma mi ha offerto una vera e propria consulenza, orientandomi sul prodotto migliore, quello che più si sarebbe prestato a risolvere, o almeno non accentuare, i miei problemi fisici. Dopo un anno posso assolutamente affermare di aver fatto uno dei migliori acquisti della mia vita. Dormire su quel materasso è un'esperienza incredibile.. che si, mi ha cambiato la vita. In meglio! Consiglio vivamente un salto in negozio per trovare cordialità, competenza e simpatia, ma non solo, anche tanti prodotti eccezionali che non si trovano altrove. Mr. Vincenzo was not only kind and attentive, but he offered me real advice, orienting me on the best product, the one that would be most suitable for solving, or at least not accentuating, my physical problems. After a year I can absolutely claim to have made one of the best purchases of my life. Sleeping on that mattress is an incredible experience… that yes, it changed my life. For the better! I highly recommend a visit to the shop to find cordiality, competence and sympathy, but not only that, also many exceptional products that cannot be found elsewhere.
