Mi presento per stampare una serie di documenti dalla mia penna usb, tra cui un fronte-retro della tessera sanitaria su file word formattato sbrigativamente. Preciso che io non mi occupo né di grafica né di tipografia. Con maleducazione sottolinea il fatto che sia montato male, al ché rispondo di non essermene accorto, per ricevere una seconda risposta in cui sottolinea l'ipotesi, già enunciata pochi secondi prima, che il file sia stato montato male da me, senza che io abbia in alcun modo affermato l'esistenza di altre ragioni per cui la stampa sia venuta in quel modo. Al controllo del file word al computer suggerisco che si potrebbe semplicemente rimpicciolire le immagini (di numero due), al che lui si spazientisce per l'enorme mole di lavoro e mi invita sgarbatamente a farlo da solo al computer apposito(di cui io non ero neanche conscio dell''esistenza). Chiaramente decido di pagare e andare via. Il tutto di fronte ad altri clienti, visibilmente imbarazzati. Incapace di trattare con l'altro: un vero cafone. Rude and extremely rude person.
