Dopo essermi rivolta a loro il mese scorso per delle stampe urgenti, e nonostante un’iniziale disponibilità che mi aveva fatto sperare per il meglio, sono stata tenuta giorni in attesa senza mai essere ricontattata, benché sia andata più volte a informarmi di persona e abbia chiamato per sollecitare. Avevo anche chiesto un preventivo al fine di prendere una decisione se accettare i loro servizi o meno, ma non mi è mai stato comunicato. Questo mi ha costretto a rivolgermi d’urgenza a un'altra tipografia che ha quindi dovuto sbrigare il lavoro in fretta. Per concludere mi sono sentita presa in giro, screditata e delusa, avendo in precedenza nutrito anche una certa ammirazione per la loro attività.
I strongly advise against this typography. After I approached them last month for urgent prints, and despite an initial availability that made me hope for the best, I was kept waiting days without ever being contacted again, although she went several times to inform me in person and called to urge. I had also asked for a quote in order to make a decision whether to accept their services or not, but it was never communicated to me. This forced me to urgently go to another printer which therefore had to get the job done quickly. To conclude, I felt teased, discredited and disappointed, having previously also harbored a certain admiration for their business.
