Extraordinary! Luigia has infinite patience ... she was very kind on every occasion ... she tried (always succeeding) to satisfy me in all my requests ... despite the fact that I had doubts about the dress for the covid she did it to me try again and helped and supported me in the changes ... really professional and at the same time very sweet!
